The Adult Mental Health Service consists of multi-disciplinary teams providing both community and inpatient care. They work in partnership with service users, carers and key stakeholders to develop a range of services and support networks which promote the independence, rehabilitation, social inclusion and recovery of people with a mental illness.  The aim is that services should be as close to home as possible and indeed, in the majority of cases, people are supported to remain within their home environment.
